Millesime 2012 : Note Parker 90

"The 2012 Limited Edition is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petit Verdot and just 5% Malbec, aged for 16 months in French oak (50% new). It comes in at 13.5% alcohol. It is leaner, crisper, fresher and greener. Also showing more slate, earth and lead, it is far more old-school Bordeaux than it is Napa. I rather liked it, but for those with some preconceptions on how Israeli wines must show (big, fat, sweet and very ripe), this may require just a little palate adjustment. The structure is far better than the fruit. I do hold out some hope that with age it will come together and be even more interesting than it is now. The freshness should certainly help preserve it." Millesime 2013 : Note Parker 90

"The 2013 Limited Edition is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petit Verdot, 12% Malbec and 4% Cabernet Franc, aged for 16 months in 60% new French oak. It comes in at 14.5% alcohol. This is a rather understated Limited Edition, perhaps to a fault, yet it grew on me steadily as it aired out in the glass. Earthy and laced with some herbs and a hint of beef, this lingers nicely, with a very complex finish. Its backbone is just vibrant enough to give the wine some grip. Its balance is impeccable. This won't be a truly great Limited Edition, but I predict that the bottle will empty quickly at the table. It may develop more complexity, but it probably won't turn into anything much more. It is worth leaning up on it now. There were 10,000 bottles produced." Wine Advocate
